Still, things will happen, if there's anything wrong with the product you receive, we will do our best to fix it and reach your satisfaction.

We offer a 30-day free exchange on all unused. If you are not fully satisfied with your item we can help you find the style or size that's right for you. Please contact us by sending an email to support@nextphonecase.com. If there's any problem, please take pictures and send them to us anytime.

Please note that for all returns not related to quality issues, we will charge a restocking fee of $10, and you should bear the shipping cost. The specific cost should be determined by the courier company you choose. Thank you for your understanding.

When will I receive my refund?

We will process your refund within two days after we received your package. Once processed, we will send a confirmation letter for your notice.

ATTENTION: Customized product do not accept refund or exchange except for production issues.

  • We will not issue your refund if you return the product without contacting us first.
  • Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.
  • Please notice that all the shipping expenses for returning the item will be charge to the customer.
  • The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.
  • Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.
